Appendix B: Advanced Operations for Plan View Screen

Editing Controls

Although most editing can be accomplished in the working table, the user can add, remove or adjust any station or cord by using the Advanced Operation: Editing Controls functions.

1. Add, Delete or Clear All Station by simple clicking the desired function and entering the station to add or remove in the pop-up box.
   
   
2. To make adjustment to a particular cord, first chose the cord using the up and down arrows.
   
   
3. Chord Length – enter a new chord length and Click Draw Plan to see the revised plan view. Changing the cord length will adjust the x/y coordinate of the effected station points.
   
   
4. The angle of the cord from horizontal is shown in the Angle Cell. Input a revised angle and Click Draw Plan to see the revised plan view. Changing the angle of the cord will adjust the x/y coordinate of the effected station points.
   
   
5. Radius works the same way as in the working table, choose a cord, input the radius and Click Draw Plan to see the revised plan view.
